It seems to be an illustration by Takahiro Kagami for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, which has been made into a poster by PORTRAIT. Although there are signs of wear and aging on the overall package, it includes bags with copyright licenses for Yugi, Kaiba, and Jonouchi. I purchased it in the past when I was collecting Yu-Gi-Oh! items, and displayed it in a showcase along with the three Egyptian God Cards - Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, and The Winged Dragon of Ra. I remember there were three different types, and it was quite challenging to collect Kaiba Seto's poster, which was very popular.
