From my closet, I loved this dress.top is open not sewn down. Black background with tan. At the waist there is a ruching that is adjusting on the left side. A lined loose skirt that flows below the knee. I did notice the dress is labeled a size 18 but it fits more like a 16. I found when I wore an 18, it was a bit snug and it gaped at the bust. I do wear a D cup but I found it fit fine at size 16 and I still could wear at size 14 just added a belt to the waist. This dress looks wonderful with a cardigan, shorter blazer or even a cotton cardigan. 22" across between underarms laying flat unstretched. There is a natural ease. The waist is a 17" across between sideseams. The skirt length measure 26" from waistband to hem. Then the total length is 44" from shoulder to hem. No damage, I wore very little.
