This is a new, unopened item. However, it was originally packaged in a single open plastic bag, so there may be scratches or scuffs on the box sleeve and box itself.

I cannot answer questions about initial defects in the figure's movement, as it has not been opened.

The descriptions in the images are as follows:
* Image 1: The left is the outer box (sleeve), and the right is the box containing the figure.
* Image 4: There are replacement parts for Ryomen Sukuna inside the box.
* Image 6: The sticker on top was not originally included. The seal on the bottom of the box in image 7 is still unopened.
* Image 8: The back of the outer box.
* Image 9: The box is approximately 39cm tall.
