A gem from "Ralph Lauren Country," the predecessor to RRL and the highest-end line at the time. It's a riders jacket type made with wool instead of leather!
The all-over check pattern features an exquisite color scheme of red, blue, and cream. This is an extremely rare, completely plain type without the pony embroidery on the chest!
It has four pockets, each with a zip and flap. The cuffs and waist have adjuster belts, allowing for adjustment of the fit.
