This is a U.S. Air Force training jacket, a military surplus item.

Used condition, with a tear in the chest embroidery, and minor shine.
Repaired spot on the left sleeve, and oil stains on the same sleeve.
Some scratches on the reflectors, but it can still be worn for light cold protection.
